[semidet]linda_timeout(+NewTime)Temporarily sets Linda's timeout. Internally, the original timeout is
saved and then the timeout is set to NewTime. NewTime
is as described in linda_timeout/2.
The original timeout is restored automatically on cut of choice points,
failure on backtracking, or uncaught exception.
